Susan, Liz and I met at Cafe Bariloche in Ventura. I had the garbanzo bean salad and the warm kale salad: magnifico!!
Great advice and reviews on the end of my chapter 1 and beginning of chapter 2. I'm so relieved. Liz brought us a short revision that we read right there, and Susan has completely finished her novel. This summer she will try to reach an agent to represent it.
Great meeting. It sprinkled all the way to Ventura--uncharacteristically cool for this time of year.
